2014 Ford F-150 STX Regular Cab 126-in

My wife and I visited Cavalier Ford on Friday 1/19/2024 to look at a truck I had seen on their website. We arrived around 5:30pm-5:45pm and were greeted warmly and respectfully by Mr. Baron Clement. Despite it being exceptionally cold outside he was willing and eager to allow my wife and I to see the specific truck we had come to see, despite it not even being a Ford truck. Mr. Clement was very polite and very professional throughout our visit. At no point was there any push for us to buy and he took the time to ensure both my wife and I had each and every question and/or concern addressed to the best of his, or anyone else's in the building, ability. Long story short, we purchased the truck and everything throughout the entire process was perfect. Every person we met at Cavalier Ford was polite, respectful, and professional throughout our buying process. It is clear from the moment you walk in the door that the culture is different at Cavalier Ford. The showroom is spotless, everyone greeted anyone walking through the door with kindness and respect, and there was not one bit of buying pressure from anyone. They genuinely care about establishing a relationship with their customers and that continues even after the sale is completed. That has not been a common experience for us with other dealerships. Simply put, Cavalier Ford is different and they take pride in providing the best customer service experience possible. My wife and I would highly recommend Cavalier Ford to anyone we know looking to purchase a vehicle and would specifically recommend asking for Baron Clement by name. We will absolutely return to work with Mr. Clement again the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. Thank you for a great experience Baron! We love the 2023 Chevrolet 3500HD!
