This pre-owned 2008 Econoline Cargo Van Commercial and comes from us FULLY SERVICED with a 3 DAY/150 MILE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE and the JACK KAIN FORD ADVANTAGE 10 YEAR/100,000 MILES POWERTRAIN LOYALTY CERTIFICATE!** Check out just some of the features on this Econoline Cargo Van below:The 2008 Ford Econoline E-150 Cargo Van represents one of the last great examples of the traditional American full-size work van before the market shifted heavily toward more modern European-style cargo vans. Built on Ford's long-running E-Series platform, the 2008 E-150 was designed primarily for contractors, delivery services, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, fleet operators, and small business owners who needed a durable and dependable vehicle capable of carrying heavy tools and cargo day after day. The van carried a straightforward, no-nonsense design philosophy that emphasized strength, simplicity, and utility over luxury or advanced technology. Powered by a standard 4.6-liter Triton V8 engine producing approximately 225 horsepower and 286 lb-ft of torque, the E-150 delivered reliable low-end pulling power suited for hauling equipment, towing trailers, and transporting commercial loads. Buyers also had access to optional engines depending on trim and configuration, including a larger 5.4-liter V8 for additional towing capability. The van utilized rear-wheel drive and a four-speed automatic transmission, a setup widely appreciated for durability and easy maintenance. Ford engineered the Econoline platform with a body-on-frame construction, giving it exceptional toughness and allowing it to withstand years of demanding fleet use in construction sites, industrial yards, and urban delivery environments. Cargo capacity ranged from roughly 236 to over 275 cubic feet depending on wheelbase and body length configuration, providing substantial room for shelving systems, ladders, tool storage, equipment racks, and cargo organization solutions. Maximum payload ratings approached 3,300 pounds, while towing capacity could exceed 6,000 pounds when properly equipped. These specifications made the 2008 E-150 highly versatile for commercial applications ranging from mobile workshops to parcel delivery vans.Inside, the 2008 Econoline E-150 Cargo Van emphasized practicality over refinement, featuring durable vinyl seating, rubberized flooring, simple controls, and a straightforward dashboard layout intended to survive years of heavy use. Most models seated two occupants in front bucket seats, though some recreational and customized versions offered additional passenger arrangements. Standard features included air conditioning, power steering, tilt steering wheel adjustment, AM/FM stereo systems, cargo-area lighting, anti-lock brakes, and tire-pressure monitoring systems. While the cabin lacked the advanced infotainment systems and driver-assistance technologies found in modern vans, many owners appreciated the simplicity because repairs were generally inexpensive and mechanical systems were comparatively easy to service. The large windshield and commanding seating position gave drivers excellent visibility, while the broad cargo area made loading and unloading equipment relatively efficient. Over the years, the 2008 Econoline developed a reputation for long-term reliability when properly maintained, especially among fleet operators and tradespeople who routinely pushed these vans beyond 200,000 miles. Online owner communities and commercial users frequently describe the E-Series drivetrain as highly dependable, with many examples remaining operational after decades of hard use. Some owners specifically note that properly maintained E-Series vans commonly surpassed 250,000 miles before major engine issues occurred, though transmission repairs were not uncommon on heavily worked vehicles. Enthusiasts and van-conversion communities also praise the 2008-and-newer E-Series models for improved suspension, stronger brakes, and better load capacity compared to earlier generations. Even today, many contractors and camper conversion builders seek out the 2008 E-150 because of its rugged frame, simple mechanical systems, widespread parts availability, and proven durability under demanding conditions. Although newer vans such as the Ford Transit offer improved fuel economy, maneuverability, and interior ergonomics, the Econoline retains a loyal following among drivers who value old-school truck-like toughness and straightforward engineering. Its boxy design, massive cargo space, dependable V8 engines, and work-oriented construction have helped cement the 2008 Ford Econoline E-150 Cargo Van as one of the most recognizable and respected commercial vans ever produced in North America. I had a pretty great experience with them. I went in and worked with Nik and the rest of the team along the process. I was able to get the car I wanted for a better deal than the one I already had from a different place. Everyone was very nice and pleasant to work with. They made it a very easy process for me, and I'm very glad to have gone there ??????

I stopped by to see if someone could advise me about my oil light being on. I already had an appointment for an oil change the next day in Danville. The last time I put oil in, I over filled it. So I was hesitant to do it again. The gentleman at this dealership took excellent care of everything! They checked it and decided that I did need some oil. They added it and checked it, they were so nice. And! They didn't charge me. Amazing experience! I am so grateful for their gracious assistance.
