I recently purchased my truck from Garrett Motors and had a genuinely great experience. From the start, Micaela Rodriguez in sales and Ashely Sadilek in management were both fantastic to work with. Both of them were easygoing, very fair during negotiations, and never pushy at any point. They honored all of the numbers we agreed to over email without any surprises. When I went in to pick up the truck, everything was smooth, the paperwork was quick, and the signing process went fast. I was in and out and on my way with zero hassle. Overall, a very positive buying experience and I will be buying my next vehicles from them.
