As an indecisive person, I went to BMC fully confident that I was just going to check out a car I found online to see if the make and model were compatible for my two growing kids and myself. The team at Bexley was pretty wonderful. Even when they were super busy, they were efficient. I originally spoke with Otto and he kept me updated about the availability of vehicles. I went in and Helen assisted me and my family with a 2016 Honda Odyssey. Was in really great shape and the dealership had a good atmosphere. Unsuspecting from a small car lot like that. It was much appreciated when Brian the manager helped throughout the entire process. Kudos to everyone. Would buy from them again 10/10
