I'd been watching Ruben's listing's for a while, and I'd texted various questions about a number of trucks that appealed to me before the one I eventually purchased came along. I'm on my way home from Oklahoma to Garden City, Kansas. It's a Friday night, almost 6:00, and my tire is starting to get low. I'm starting to panic when my daughter happens to call and says hang on, I'll call you back. Before I'm in full meltdown mode, she tells me to go straight to Split Rock Auto. She had told them I was over 10 minutes out, and they told her to tell me they were waiting with the lights on! When I get there, I am truly made feel welcomed! It doesn't just need air, it needs a patch! Well, it's after 6 by now and I feel super bad, and, of course I have no cash so I ask if I can add a tip to the ticket. He says no and gives me a big hug!
