2013 Ford E-Series E-150 Van

At West Coast Auto Dealers we had the most pleasant experience in regards to purchasing a vehicle ever! Super helpful and thoughtful, not money hungry - just genuinely wanting to make the best deal possible for the customer. I and my wife saw that with our own two eyes. They also went out of their way to help us transfer and secure our children’s car seats in our new car and had found that my son’s car seat had a defect and needed to be replaced! Not to mention that this was around 9pm (2hrs after they had already closed.) They had shown genuine concern for my son and the defective car seat. Josh had gotten back to me the same night with recommendations of car seats he used for his own children and we purchased a new one the next day and let’s just say, it was a great recommendation. I stopped into look at a vehicle 20 minutes before the lot closed, was met by Zef, who not only showed us the vehicle, but allowed us to take it for a test drive even though they were closing. Josh came out on our return; showed us some options on the vehicle, looked at my vehicle, did some paper work; spent several hours helping us even though they were closed. We received superior customer service! I am beyond thrilled with the treatment, honesty , and the willingness to take time out of his life; to not only deliver the vehicle to me two hours away, but to then spend over an hour trying to teach two old people all of the tricks to the new ride! I will be returning when I’m in need of a new vehicle! I highly recommend a visit to West Coast Auto, if you are in need of a new vehicle.
