Stan and Andrey sold me my 2008 Mercedes E350, which has turned out to be both a good value and a most excellent car. I found them to be responsive, trustworthy, and pleasant to deal with. I was an out-of-state buyer, so I needed lots of information and photos. They supplied me with the Carfax at no charge. They answered all my questions promptly and sent me additional photos of everything I requested, and, when I needed them to show initiative and integrity ("Are there any stains, tears, wear, etc., in the interior that I should be aware of?") they revealed everything, and took clear photos documenting the condition. They took, and picked-up, the car from a local mechanic I had found who conducted a pre-sale inspection. Negotiations were straightforward and simple; mostly done by text before I arrived. There were no surprises when I arrived in person. The car was spotless and ready for my test drive. An issue arose regarding specifically what document my state needed for registration, which required AK to send one of their employees to the WA DMV to procure the document and then send it to me--they did it all quickly, willingly, and correctly. They are the antithesis of the shady car dealership; I found them to be honest, efficient, and professional vendors of at least one exceptional automobile (mine). That they're polite and friendly is a bonus. I got it for a really good price, too.
