I purchased a rebuilt title (due to theft) 2013 Toyota Rav4 from Wasatch Auto exchange. I worked with both Emma and Seth and through them I worked with the owner Artak who was willing to negotiate price with me and he understood my concerns. They consider trade ins although I didn't end up trading my car in. The availability and customer service was friendly and responsive. I contacted them originally through messenger and then through text. Their hours are very accommodating as well as their availability for test driving. I took mine to get inspected at the Meineke down the road with no issues. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the dealer fees are a little higher than other dealerships I've delt with. I suspect it's due to the fact that they have a pretty large and efficient business and there was some competition for the car I purchased.
