2011 Ford E-Series E-250 Van

Brought my daughter there to pick up her new CRV. I was especially impressed with the way they went over everything in the car & made sure she knew how to find the things she'd need to operate the vehicle. They explained they wanted her to be able to get where she needed to go day, night, clear or rain and to park & play with the rest of the options until she's familiar with them. They put her favorite radio station in as well as her phone paired to the hands free option. Anyone can sell a car. To make sure you know what you're doing with it before you leave their property is Most Impressive!!

My service advisor (Garrett) did a great job of keeping me informed on the progress of my car service. I had a lot of repairs done and so it took a while to get things finished. Garrett offered to get me home using the shuttle but I chose to stay at the dealership since I was able to work comfortably on my laptop in a cubicle. I appreciate that they found and repaired the items that needed fixing since I was preparing for an upcoming road trip.

David Belanger sold us our vehicle. He was not high pressure to buy . What he showed my husband to by was new. He did give us the low percentage rate for new which was excellent. Used was not. The warranty on the Truck 20 years 200,000 miles is fantastic. 2 years service. The finance department women that worked with us could not have been nicer. She is a hard worker that greets you with a smile and wants to make the process easy for the customer. We recommend this dealer.
