2010 Ford E-Series E-250 Van

This place, owners and staff seem honest above board and fair. We have always had good service here. They definitely have an upsell vibe, but they are not pushy about it. They have good technology that lays everything out for you so your older cars tend to get a lot of maintenance suggestions. However, they are not wrong suggestions that I have seen.

The staff at K&F are fabulous! We recently had some codes come up on one of our vehicles and we were informed every step of he way as to what the codes meant, what the cost of repairs would be and if there was anything that could be done first before a more extensive (and expensive!) repair was needed. Our vehicle is far out of warranty so we were glad that we were able to use a local repair facility rather than a dealership in Janesville. I would recommend K&F for regularly scheduled maintenance (which we do on our other vehicles) as well as things that come up needing an immediate repair and/or attention.

Been coming here for a few years and won't go anywhere else unless I had to. Fair prices and quality work. They always explain everything (even when I have tons of questions) before doing work and give me options if needed. Everyone is super nice and they have even snagged me a loaner car more than once so I could get to work while they worked on my vehicle.
