Wonderful service as usual! Easy to get in for an appointment and car is always done quickly

Said we could connect to WiFi but neither one of us could connect. I did not know where to check in exactly. I saw lots of people behind several windows. The time taken to complete the recall was great. Thank you.

The whole service department were very friendly and very helpful. They understood the situation and they took immediate action to resolve. During the wait time, Jennifer offered to provide some lunch and snacks knowing that we were there unexpectedly during lunch. I was accompanied with my 86 year old Dad and he was very impressed with how each member of the service team we engaged with were polite and respectful. The fact that my local service center in Easton we not open and the team at Colonial Ford of Marlborough graciously asked us to come by so they could check it out, exemplifies how a business should be run.
