2011 Ford E-Series E-250 Van

GINGER IN SERVICE IS WONDERFUL!!!! Let me start by saying I've been treated well by everyone I've encountered at Countryside, but I'm focusing this review on Ginger since I worked with her the closest. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the One-Touch Sky Top on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Since we were headed on vacation for a week or so, Ginger worked with me booking a convenient time for drop off amid the chaos of getting ready to leave town. I was out of the country and asked for text updates rather than phone calls, Ginger remembered that and kept me posted every step of the way. Ginger not only provided exceptional customer service, she was knowledgeable about my vehicle and the top issue. She followed up to make sure it had been resolved. She returned every call or text promptly. I highly recommend the Service Department at Countryside in Madison, GA--especially working with Ginger!

I could not ask for a better experience getting my truck serviced. Mike goodman, and Ginger Bruce took such good care of me when i brought my truck in for it's 100,000 service and all of the other things that i asked them to do while it was in there. I had a very extensive list of things that i wanted replaced that i call preventative maintenance. The PM was to give myself piece of mind for when i retire. When i called them to set up the appointment, and told them what i wanted done, they scheduled the appointment to fit my needs. i traveled a far distance, bypassing other dealerships, just because of their excellent reputation. They did not disappoint!!! Not only did they complete the work in one day, but the work was done right. It so nice to deal with honest people, that do what they say they are going to do. The technicians that worked on my service did an excellent job. they changed all the fluids, hoses, belt, serviced the 4 wheel drive, changed air filters, serviced the fuel injection system, and tuned it up. When i returned home and popped the hood, the engine was as clean as when i took it in. I would highly recommend them for your service needs, they did a wonderful job on my truck. They will get all of my business from now on.

Trevor was awesome yesterday! He went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied after the sale! The finance manager is cool and really knowledgeable too! I highly recommend this dealership if your looking for a new ride! Thanks again Trevor!
