2009 Ford E-Series E-150 Van Extended

Great experience working with Ashley to purchase our teen's "first vehicle". Showed up as they were closing the first night - we were just going to look around on our own but Ashley stayed late, told us about each of the cars we were interested in. We left to think about the options, and came back the next afternoon to make the buy. Of course, 1 we were interested had sold that day, but there were others that fit the bill for what we needed and settled on a CRV. Purchased, and took it home that night, (so it could be a Christmas gift still) with the promise to bring it back in a few days to get new inspection tags - on them. Of course that night I read about the atty general suit and proceeded to panic to my husband. - what if we just got scammed into buying this and it wont pass inspection and they won't stand by their verbal promise. Well, low and behold - Ashley was a woman of her word. We brought the car back for inspections and Ashley took care of us, and the car passed inspections. I mentioned my mini-panic to her and she explained let me know that with that lawsuit they actually countered and won. Regardless of what all happened during that suit, we had a GREAT experience with this purchase so far.

I purchase my first vehicle from this dealer! I'm a new driver and Joe was wonderful! Although I took someone with me, I do believe he would have been just as patient had I been solo. I had a multitude of questions and he never got upset! I left with a good feeling and when it's time for me in the future to purchase another vehicle this is my place. Thanks so very much!!! ????

I have bought three cars from here in the past seven years. I have had nothing but positive results and over the top service from everyone at North Hills Auto Mall! The staff know their cars and their business. I trust them to always be honest and forthcoming. Just picked up this beauty yesterday.
