2012 Ford E-Series E-250 Extended

TLDR: Left lot without warranty on a new truck, Rusty's fixed it with no issues. Me and my husband bought a truck from this place, we towed a trailer home a day or so later and ran into some issues with the turbocharger in it. We left the lot with no warranty and weren't sure how to get it fixed. We called them, they put a rush order on the part we needed and gave it to us for free. My husband installed it and we've had no further issues.

UPDATE - They are making it right! I promised to update if they did and we are happy to report they did Bought a used truck here. Drove it a week and less than 70 miles only to have it start leaking transmission fluid and the hood wouldn't shut. Took it to our repair place and found it there is over $1000 in repair work needed, mainly to the transmission area. Called the dealer and they told me "it is an older truck." Totally understand that, but after having a vehicle for a week, I do not expect to put that much money into it. I hope they stand behind their truck and do the right thing. If they do, I will update this review, but for now.....BUYER BEWARE!
