Bought from Shane and the guys at Performance Auto in October of 2023. Used cars can often be a trap of hidden issues and neglect upon purchase. When I bought my 2014 Sentra (reasonably priced with good mileage), a test drive didn’t raise any flags, and so we proceeded with the purchase with no reservations. Murphy’s law kicked in after the sale and it seemed like every light on the dash just wanted to light up. They were under no obligation to service the many minor issues that popped up, but Shane was always understanding and went out of his way to take care of it, no extra charge. I appreciated his honesty and his determination to prioritize peace of mind for people who bought from him. He was always transparent and straightforward, and that’s about as much as you can ask for in a car salesman.

Great customer service. Shane was awesome from the moment I walked in. Very relaxed atmosphere and such professionalism. I asked to look at certain cars and found the winner. Very fair trade on my vehicle and smooth transition with the loan process. Their straight forward pricing really helps understand what your looking at and what you can afford. Shane made this the best experience while shopping for a car. If your looking for an honest car dealer, look no further.
