Above and beyond service. Our 2021 GMC Yukon Denali had a motor failure while out of town and Charlie with Service guided us the whole way to a fast a proficient repair. On top of that the whole Yates’ customer service was willing to loan us a vehicle to drive during repairs to avoid any more fees outside of the warranty. This is a great example of what it means to have a hometown dealer that cares. Shop local, it pays off.

5 stars aren’t enough for this car dealer! We have needed several things addressed on a car purchased from somewhere else and every time we get great service. Today, Matt went above and beyond to help us fix an issue. Thank you guys for being amazing!

Have had a little bit of a rocky situation with Yates. Bought a truck, didn't appreciate the sleazy sales approach of the Finance Manager on an extended warranty. The salesman was friendly but made at least two statements that turned out to be totally untrue - may not be his fault at all. The saving grace was the Service Manager - Matt. He is the ONE person I dealt with there that was honest, professional, and competent. There was an issue with the engine a few weeks after I bought the truck and Matt handled it quickly and fairly. Were it not for Matt, this would have been a one or two star review. Response: Your salesman (BD) has my phone number. You know who I am.
