I had found a ford Maverick I was interested in online and messaged on a Sunday and submitted a request to be contacted. Rhoda set me up with a test drive first thing Monday morning. Chris Bittick had the truck pulled to the VIP test drive area and was ready to show me all the features and go over the truck with me and my wife. We took it on a test drive around the area while they assessed my trade in. I had my trade in estimated online, and they had that number ready to go, and offered a bit over what was estimated online! Chris worked with us to help us feel comfortable on the price, and was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and such a pleasure to work with. Jim Thurman worked with us to finalize the paperwork, and helped us pick the perfect extended warranty to cover this truck for the entire time we have it. He was very knowledgeable on what was covered, and worked with us on the length of coverage to get the pricing exactly where we were hoping, without being pushy or aggressive. The entire team was amazing to work with, from the online rep, sales manager, and Chris and Jim who we worked with directly.
