2011 Ford E-Series E-350 Super Duty

We just purchased a GMC Acadia from Elite Auto Haus as a second vehicle, after spending a very long 4 weeks in the extreme heat with the Cicadas looking at used, over-priced vehicles that looked nothing like the pictures shown on the new & used car dealership websites. Most of the car lots we visited had a "take it or leave it" attitude. The afternoon we walked around Elite's lot, the heat index was 105°. Within a matter of minutes, Adam came out, introduced himself & quickly started opening doors & turning on the air conditioning of any vehicle we showed an interest in. Originally, we went there to look at a Dodge Journey, but Adam didn't want to show it because it needed some parts & repairs that would probably take up to a week to complete. So we test drove a Ford Escape, which would've suited my husband's needs, but I wanted an SUV that was a little nicer & larger for him. I asked Adam about the 2 Chevy Traverses he had on the lot & he immediately recommended a GMC Acadia that had just arrived on their lot a few days prior because he felt it was a nicer, better equipped SUV with less mileage. He couldn't have been more right about this Acadia! We took it out for a long test drive & knew this was the one & bought it. While we were signing the paperwork, Adam had Shelby take our Acadia through the car wash. All in all, Adam was a pleasure to work with & he truly is an asset to Elite Auto Haus. We've been driving our "new-used" Acadia around town for over a week now & couldn't be happier with our purchase.

Very nice cars! The car I got looked exactly like the pictures except a brand new windshield crack, which he offered to fix or take money off for it. Very reasonable guy! Clean cars. Reasonable price. Has good communication. Fast with the paperwork I was in and out and left feeling very pleased! Definitely recommend coming here for a car!
