2012 Ford E-Series E-350 Super Duty Extended

I purchased a Lincoln Nautilus from Luis at Liccardi Ford and couldn’t be happier. I knew exactly what car I wanted so the deal was conveniently made over the phone. I drove to the dealership, met with Luis to inspect the car, wrote a check and signed paperwork with Victor. Luis sat in the car with me and got my phone connected, went over the multitude of options the car had, and was able to confidently answer all my questions. It really was the easiest auto purchase I’ve ever had and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Luis for another purchase as well. Luis made this truck buying experience very easy and stress free. My wife and I have bought 7 vehicles from Licardi Ford over the years and I can honestly say this one was the easiest. I need the truck for work and didn’t have a lot of time to spend researching. I saw the truck on a Sunday and sent Luis a picture of the window sticker and he took it from there. He answered all of my questions by phone and had everything ready when we went to pick it up. He definitely puts customer service and satisfaction above closing a deal which made me feel very comfortable about buying this truck.

Easiest car purchase ive ever had, i had the salesman mina and that guy was absolutely awesome. The guy did pretty much all he could to get me where i wanted to be and i left happy. Great overall experience at this dealership would 100% recommend and be a returning customer.
