Nice waiting area with free coffee and root beer. Financing options, if needed. It appears to be a place where people drop in and come together for coffee and conversation.
Even though they were extremely busy getting the oil changed was done in record time
We were visiting family in Westby when our car got a flat tire out in the country. Thankfully, Mike at Sleepy Hollow was there within 20 minutes of our call and helped us troubleshoot the problem, get us back to the shop ASAP. Jody in the office helped us get things taken care of with our roadside assistance so that we didn’t have to pay for the towing. Really excellent people; if I’m ever in need of service in the area I’ll definitely be coming back here.
