Empire Motors is one of the best places I have ever bought a car from. The employees are friendly, understanding, and caring. They go above and beyond for their customers. When I first bought my car, there was an issue with the brake caliper within the first 30 days. I was sent straight to the mechanic to get it taken care of, no questions asked, and free of charge. I now have had my vehicle for a year, and it still runs great, and no lights have come on like you find with other buy here pay here lots. I have had some pretty serious medical issues that have caused me to be late on my payment, I communicated via text and kept them informed. I always receive a reply back within the day.They are extremely understanding, caring, and compassionate. I highly recommend Empire Motors to anyone looking to purchase a used car. They definitely deserve and get a 10 out of 10 from me. Go check them out. I promise you will have no regrets. We need more establishments like them around.

First off I’d like to share my recent experience here at Motors Inc., Ms. Diana at the front desk took great care of me. I went to get an oil change with them and I’ve been a returning customer. She’s so sweet and helps with any questions you might have. Definitely recommend this location 100% for any car services or looking to purchase. Great staff and very helpful.

Absolutely phenomenal service and selection. From the start of my buying process to when I drove off the lot in my 2017 Nissan Maxima I can't say enough about the professionalism of Biner and the team at Empire Motors. This was my first time purchasing a used car, and I came onto the lot with 5 different options I was interested in that I found on their website. Upon arrival Biner was patient with me and up front about anything that may be wrong with the vehicles. He pointed out things I would have otherwise not noticed, and ensured I understood the details of each car I was test driving. After having spent weeks doing research on the Maxima I really wanted I can say with the utmost confidence Biner and I closed on the 2017 SL trim at a very fair price. When Biner was not on the lot the other team members were courteous and respectful as well. If I could give this establishment 6 stars I would. I will be bringing my friends in the market for a used car back here very shortly and having spent time on several lots throughout this process I can assure you Empire Motors is the best in the local Nashville area.
