My son is a student @ Michigan Tech. And for the most part does all the work on his recently restored 96 F250 Diesel. There was some things he was unable to complete before he returned to Tech. Then recently his Alternator was going down. Being in the UP without our shop left him in a bind. Originally Service Manager Steve indicated that he couldn't get him in until 1/30, so he referred us to a diesel shop near by! Unfortunately they couldn't get him in until March! So we reached back out to Steve, we shipped up the parts to my Son that we knew needed replacing and Steve told us to get him his Truck as soon as parts arrived. So Wednesday we dropped it off and they worked him in... The techs indicated that we didn't need all the parts we supplied and we ran into an issue with the Alternator fitment, that Steve and his team quickly resolved! My son was able to get his truck back by Friday afternoon, all the issues had been resolved. And the final bill was very fair!! As a parent with a son just over 4 hours away to have a honest and quality shop that does everything right... needs the proper recognition.
