2016 Ford Transit

I honestly cannot recommend Kim and Jim enough. I've never purchased a car from a dealership before and am generally super put off by "car salesman" vibes, but as soon as I walked in with questions about a car I saw out front, I felt like I was talking to a family member. Kim was honest, direct, and walked me through every step of the process without once pressuring me. She was patient when I needed a little extra time to sort out some bank and registration issues on my end, provided all of the car's history without hesitation, and took care of all of the registration steps for me. Every time I called her with a question, she was clear, helpful, and genuinely cared. I LOVE my Rav4, and got such an honest deal (my dad is in the market for one now because of how well mine runs - thanks to all the work that was done on it by this dealership prior to selling it). I purchased this car two months ago and there hasn't been a single issue, just a minor sway bar repair needed within the first 30 days that was missed by the initial inspection, and they took care of it completely (arranged for and covered the service). I've never had such a positive experience with anything vehicle-related in my life, and have never felt more confident recommending a dealership! I had helped Kim & Jim out with their computer needs in the past so when it came to get a new vehicle I didn't hesitate to contact them. Being the owner of a small business I can tell you that THATS how a business should be run.. Constant contact with things, attentive to details and all around nice people, and hey I love my new Jeep!

Came across this dealer one day while searching for a new car with my Dad, and I'm glad we found it. Managed to find a car that had all the options I was looking for, with low miles at a great price!
