I had the pleasure of buying a 2015 4Runner from the folks at H and S about a weeks ago. Everyone was kind and sincere and went out of there way to help me out. Since I live in Chattanooga getting down to the lot was time consuming, and it just so happened that I only had time to pick up the car and fill out paperwork on Mother’s Day. That was no problem, Kayla came out to meet me on Mother’s Day and was very helpful and Kind. I also had the chance to talk to Harris, and he took the time to answer all my questions and talk over all of my options. Additionally, since I was out of state I had to ensure that I had all of the adequate documents in order to transfer the title to my home state, but all of the documents were delivered to my house within a week. I am super happy with my new car and with the decision to do business with H and S. Five stars all around!!
Extremely kind and honest guy. I normally avoid dealers at all cost, but he made this process as quick and painless as possible. Very trust worthy and dependable. The most important thing you can ask for from a dealer is honesty. He delivered on all fronts. I’ve now gotten 2 cars from here and it’s been over a year with 0 problems. Rav 4 and 4Runner.
