The folks running this dealership are fantastic. I bought a Toyota Tacoma from Elijah a week ago (promised them I’d leave a review a week after my purchase) and it has been excellent. No issues with the vehicle whatsoever. They even upgraded the truck before putting it on their lot. The buying experience was extremely easy and they went out of their way to make sure they took care of my wife and I. The folks were extremely cordial with our testing experience; we were coming from a different lot after passing on a shady salesman and called Seaview about the Tacoma on the way back home. They were scheduled to close just a few minutes before we could arrive, so we said we’d be happy to schedule a test drive the next morning. Elijah said he’d be happy to stay an hour over to let us see the truck because it was a newer lot and they wanted to make some sales. It’s hard not to respect that. We were ready to buy the day we tested the truck and they told us it would be best to return with a cashier’s check because the convenience fee would have been pretty large when purchasing with a card - they told us this strictly to save us money on the transaction and allowed us to put a holding deposit on the truck until we could return the following day. I mentioned that I was interested in changing the wheels/tires on the truck when I purchased the following day and one of the gentleman made a phone call RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME to check with another lot to see if they had a different set of wheels/tires that I may have liked better. The paperwork was very fast and smooth, everyone there was happy to help each other to make the purchasing process smoother - constantly offering to help each other, and they explained the next steps (insurance, state taxes, registration, etc.) to us in advance so we were able to finish out the process without any trouble. There was a minor mistake with the titling paperwork, which they were also happy to fix for us. The purchase was extremely efficient and the folks are very kind, seem honest, and are driven to make sales. I feel the pricing was fair and that these young men are doing an incredible job starting up a new lot in the Poquoson area where folks can buy from trustworthy and kind salesman for a decent price. Overall I’m blown away with their willingness to help me through my purchase and work to make sure I am happy with it. I would HAPPILY purchase from these guys again, though I unfortunately think the vehicle I purchased from them will last a long, long time. Consider this a sixth star: ??
My fiance and I picked up a little 07 honda fit from them about a month ago. They help us out quite a bit when we bought the car. They even help us get a second temporary tag to help us get back to our home state. We ended up staying in the Norfolk area for an extended period of time for work. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a good reliable vehicle. Super friendly and extremely helpful
Great selection of vehicles, especially trucks. Robert, Elijah and Vic are a great team and got me an amazing deal on an F-250 super duty. Absolutely in love with this truck!! They made the process extremely smooth, and will be shopping there again for my daughter. 10/10 recommend for anyone in the peninsula area!
