The process was simple and efficient. My ID4 needed an annual check, and I was checked in quickly. The time to complete the check was shorter than anticipated, which I appreciated. I wish they had some Level 3 fast chargers there for me to use, which would have been icing on the cake. Still, excellent people work here, and they make it easy to own a VW.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Volkswagen Harvey. Kermit, our salesmen was very pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and answered all of our questions. James, the general manager was wonderful as well. When we had an issue with our trade in being paid off in a timely manner, he jumped right on it, took care of it and eased our minds. Thanks again!

Passing through New Orleans and car started giving me problems. Got into Premier and it was diagnosed and repaired within a 2 hr window. Amazing service and got us back safely on the road in the time it Takes most dealerships to take your car back.
