I was fortunate to be a part of wonderful car buying experience with my brother who purchased a 2019 STI. The staff is amazing and make you feel like family. Very knowledgeable staff. Where do I even start? First off Marlin is PHENOMENAL!!! He went above and beyond to get me out of my old lease and into a 2021 Honda Pilot. The first car they got me, the dealership themselves got extremely greedy and ruined the deal. Marlin went to the dealership in good faith to try to repair their damage but instead of caving to them he did the right thing for his customer and not his pocket. He went out and found me a better vehicle with a much better deal. He had the vehicle delivered to me at my convenience and personally showed up to make sure it was everything I wanted. It was more then what I asked for. I am completely in love with my new vehicle. Thank you Marlin I can’t praise and thank you enough for everything you have done. I will definitely be recommending everyone I know who’s looking or thinking about getting a new vehicle to Access Auto.
