Very efficient process and got it done within a short time. Spent some time talking with the agent who was very cordial. The information was typically meant to encourage me to purchase additional services, which is fine, and I have taken some services before, but he understood that the cost was not in my reach at the time. He said, just make the appointment when I'm ready but try not to wait too long. This gentle encouragement will bring me back.
