The entire experience was fantastic! Shakir Harris is an incredible young man. I had so many questions about the new technology in new cars. He answered all my questions and taught me how to use it, all the while being very patient and treating me with respect. Jimmy Brooks explained all my options and guided me through the decisions. He truly displayed his care and concern for my safety and saving me money in the future. Tommy Biggers continued with the great experience by making me feel like a treasured team member in the process.
