We came to Folsom Chevrolet looking for our first new car. We were on a tight budget with a general idea of what we wanted. Met with two guys, Ace and Joseph and they were fantastic. We ended up getting a brand new Chevy Trax in an absurdly sweet sky blue color. I’ve been coming here for years to have my daughter’s first Equinox serviced (RIP, totaled by a Tesla) and with the second one, have come to expect great service. Our Service Advisor, Devan, didn’t push the small service items needed and gave us a heads-up (with estimate) on the fluids change needed at our next service interval. Very much appreciate their fast service and professionalism.
