2012 Chevrolet Sonic 2LS

I normally don’t write reviews—honestly, this is my first one for any website. However, because of the exceptional service at Quality First Motors, I had to share my experience. Nick, the owner, truly lives up to the name “Quality.” He works long hours to help customers get financed and is always honest about what he can and cannot do. Thanks to his dedication, my son was able to get financed for a very nice truck. In addition, Nick and his mechanic crew performed major repair work on our box truck at a very reasonable price. Both Linda and the young man who works in the office were pleasant, polite, and professional. I first came to Nick after my husband recommended him—he had some work done on his vehicle there about two years ago. Currently, the shop is preparing to repair my other son’s car, and I plan to write another review once that job is complete because I truly trust their workmanship and fair pricing. I highly recommend Quality First Motors to my friends and family. Much appreciated, Nick! ????

Not often do you meet a truly, honest, and selfless repair or dealer, quality first exceeded expectations. Nick, Jason and Linda are very professional. And the owner Nick through the whole process went above and beyond for me in the situation i was in and took care of my concerns and needs with no hesitation or complaints. Sometimes staying to after midnight to work out the best options for me possible. I had to communicate with him through phone initially before flying from California to finish my deal. After seeing how bad of a situation i was in he did the best to help me out of the situation as well as get another vehicle. Never felt like i was being sold. And thats what you want while and after spending your money. He showed me love like we were friends not like a customer. Even showing concern and respect for my brother and my mother to the point we were just in the shop laughing together. He even offered to help my brother with his communication at another shop which didn’t benefit nick at all, just to be helpful to my family. Im forever grateful to him. I overly recommend anyone to do business with Nick. 10/10

When I call to this shop, guys is busy but they find a time for me. Perfect service and bonus is free oil change. Higley recommended, owner pay attention to a client problem and able to help and find good deal.
