Read all the reviews: no one talking about after u get the car. Of course the sales are gonna be great! But talk about what is done after u get a car. For them not to have service to loan a car while they have your car for weeks. Don't even care to diagnose the car until 2 weeks they had it! Diagnose it! I can't imagine how long for them to work on it! With all that and for them not to loan you a car is not good service. We been with Carisma for 3 years. My Car gave up & they came to pick it up the next morning. Which is great. But when we asked about a loaner car. We were told they don't do that anymore. And then when we called about the car they have not diagnose it yet and won't do it until next week and they will call us about the report. Hearing that customer support and the stress of not having a car. I figured they will do their best in anyway to help someone who has been getting their cars from them for years and never been late on payments or they have never had to call for payments. It's a bit nerve wrecking.
