2018 Chevrolet Sonic Sedan LT Automatic

Awesome service team, through and through! I didn't purchase a vehicle here, but I do have a Chevrolet that needed immediate assistance with passing State inspection and replacing two of my vehicle's tires! The place I had originally went to fell through on their promise to install my tires, so I was in a desperate place, considering I had an inspection deadline that was just four days away! Failing to have had my vehicle pass inspection would've resulted in my license's suspension! So it was a very stressful moment for me, to say the least! But I called Sawyer Chevrolet of Catskill's Service Center earlier today (it was about 11 AM) and they were able to get me in right away at 1 PM! I was able to come in, and not only did they replace my two front wheels when the place I had originally purchased the tires from that were supposed to install them fell through, but, they also inspected my vehicle right then and there and fixed up my wheel alignment as well! And it didn't take too long either! For the wheel alignment, inspection, and tire replacement, it only took two hours and 40 minutes total, give or take a few minutes! So it was a super fast service, by comparison! And it didn't break the bank to get it done here, either! For everything it only cost me about $210! Other places would charge $300+, so that was a most welcome surprise! Anyways, the person that oversaw everything for me was called Mike Capasse, a very friendly guy! He set everything up for me right from the moment when I arrived and answered ALL my questions! I appreciate very much all that he did for me! And for my Technician Josh as well! He did excellently and worked fast/diligently to boot! For sure, the next time I need service on my vehicle again, or new tires installed, or to pass inspection again, I will absolutely be coming here FIRST, before anywhere else! I appreciate the friendly behavior of everyone and Mike taking my concerns very seriously! I had never been here before, but I know for a fact this won't be my last time going there, for sure! I look very much forward to working with Mike, Josh, and the rest of the time in the future once again, but hopefully, only when inspection time rolls around again! Take care, to all of you! Sawyer has a reputation for prompt service and a helpful attitude. I personally feel that my needs are acknowledged, my worries heard, and problems fixed in reasonable time. Mike goes above and beyond, he's helped get me get issues sorted in short order time and again. There's a good reason I keep coming back and plan to continue doing so. I appreciate you guys.

Mike was super helpful. He broke down the problems in an easy to understand manner along with how much everything would cost before I gave the ok for them to do the work needed on my car. Got it back a week later compared to the last place I got work done at, it took them a whole month. So yeah. It's nice not having to wait that long to get my car back.
