This was our second time selling directly to Carvana online. The website was very clear to complete the process to obtain an offer. We made a drop off appointment for the North Little Rock location. The customer service representative was ready prior to our scheduled time. He took a few pictures of our car and handed us a check. We were done with the transaction in less than 10 minutes. Easy to pick up my new Tesla. Only about 15minutes. Car was clean and service was great. Carvana facility was easy to find to the left of the ADESA when you’re pulling in.
