2014 Chevrolet Volt -

Just amazing!!!! I purchased a used 2021 Chevy Malibu on Monday night they stayed late to help me out. I was working with Zach who was great to deal with, also a huge thank you to Alex for keeping my 8 year old daughter entertained while I completed my paperwork. It was great to have a manager who was willing to negotiate price that would fit within my budget. The whole process was very straightforward and simple. I will be going back when my oldest is ready to make her first purchase.

My vehicle was getting worked on in Ottawa They gave me an electric loaner car and it was charged up so I could make it around to where I needed to go. They ended up needing to keep my car overnight. The next day I had a doctor appointment in Mendota. With the cold weather 5 degrees out it zapped the battery down. I have never had an electric car before so I found out JP Chevrolet had a charging station. So I went in and met Leon. One of the salesmen He was AMAZING!! He immediately said he would try and help. We had hit so many road blocks with trying to start charging and needing a tap credit card or Apple Pay which I have but my card had got hacked. Tried adding another visa gift card but didn’t work. Leon went and got permission to use their charging station. The fast charging station didn’t work. So used the other charging station. Was able to charge the battery back up. Leon would go and check on it to see how it was charging!! Finally an hour and a half later got it up to 80% Found out Leon had just started there 3 days ago!! Leon went above and beyond on helping out. Definitely an asset to JP Chevrolet in Peru So if your looking for a car get a hold of Leon
