Jose specifically was super attentive with our needs, super helpful in the process explaining how everything worked, even getting in the vehicle to show all the ins and outs! Kia Danbury did everything possible for me to walk out with my Kia Sorento. Jose was not pushy and gave me the time think what I was going to do with my lease that ended. A loaner was provided to me while they assessed my lease which was amazing but regardless I still loved my Sorento. Jose made sure I walked out with my car which I’m grateful for!
