2012 Chevrolet Volt -

I recently purchased a truck from Carr Chevrolet - I had the pleasure of working with Jesus Martinez. This guy literally sat down with me, we pulled up at least 8 vehicles I was interested in, and he got all of them ready for me by pulling them up one after another and letting me test drive each one until I found a winner…he took the the time to listen to what I wanted, and actually make sure I was happy and didn’t leave with any buyers remorse. Also, when it came to financing, he went back and forth several times making sure I got the best deal possible with my credit in the current state it’s in. If you go to Carr Chevrolet, you should 100% ask for Jesus Martinez…you truly won’t regret it. No doubt at all that I’ll be back in another couple years to upgrade again, and I’ll def be asking for my guy when I’m back! No reason to buy from anyone else ????????????????????????

I first contacted Carr Chevrolet online and received a message from Alex Pechenik. I test drove a couple of Chevrolet Bolt EVs. I came back later and worked with William Siauw. William was friendly and allowed me to see the car up on a lift. I was also able to test the charging in the back of the lot. Both Alex and William were professional and pleasant to work with. I will say that there was a difference in the mileage between the listing and reality, however, this would most likely be due to a data entry error. The car was in decent condition although it did have an off putting odor—I ended up buying an ozone machine to address this. The dealership was able to apply the used EV tax credit at the point of sale which was nice considering that not all dealers do this. Negotiating took a reasonable amount of time and was done mainly with Alex. I was provided with proof that the Bolt had the battery replaced under recall which was reassuring. William answered my questions and provided me with a copy of the inspection. The car came with a level 1 charger. After agreeing on the out the door price we waited to finish the paper work with finance. Someone was ahead of us in finance so it did take a bit to get in, however, the waiting area is comfortable. We arrived at the dealership around 6:30 and left around 10:30 pm. The finance person, David Shepard, was efficient and had a lot of stories. We were given a temporary permit before leaving. I believe they allow up to $3k to be put on a card which can provide a little savings in the form of cash back. William did agree to try to do a little detail on the car a couple days later for a couple stains, but it did not do much and I think it may have caused a bit of damage to the headliner, however, this is an easy mistake to make as they are very delicate. Overall I am happy with my experience at this dealership so far and am waiting on the registration to arrive so that I can transfer my plates to the car. I would recommend both William and Alex.
