2012 Chevrolet Volt Base

A great car buying experience! I had spoken to a few dealerships prior and they ALL wanted to waste my time with their car salesman tactics of not being able to give me any info or numbers to make a decision and needing me to come in so I can sit there for hours while they did their thing. Who has that kind of time?! With RCC, I applied online, Jose gave me a call in a matter of an hour or two, gave me payment scenarios for the car I was interested in, I spoke to my wife, and was at the dealership the next day to make the purchase. Jose was great! No hassle, no pressure, and was very friendly along with meeting Frank who was very nice as well. They worked with me and we were in and out with the car purchase in less than an hour. I did had one minor issue with an interior light which Jose said to just bring it in and they'll take care of it. I brought it in, and they fixed it in less than 5 min. Even better, Jose ended up following up a day or two later and had gotten me a loan with a better rate and lower payments. Now that's going above and beyond! Thank you Jose and Frank! Always great to meet good decent people in the car space.

Recently bought an 06 Chevy Trailblazer from them. Let me tell you, if I’m giving a 5 star rating it’s WELL deserved. Not only was it a more than fair price (actually fantastic) but the manager(Jose) and owner (Frank)both went out of their way to make me a satisfied customer. Full tank of gas was only one of the extras I received. I even got recommendations for some home remodeling I am planning ( I’m new to area and asked) if you want to be treated well and have an unusually great car buying experience GO HERE !!!!!!

Great experience got the price I wanted and they smoothed over a couple issues I had no questions asked that I know they did not have to. Just overall a great car buying experience.
