Waited a month to leave a review.... I " love " going to a car dealer as much as I love getting a root canal.... However.... This was one of the best experiences I have ever had getting a new car! Wolos was amazing, not pushy, not scummy, very friendly and knowledgeable. Kept asking if I want coffee, water, or anything else. Buying experience was A+++! First time having my RDX serviced at the dealership. Pleasantly surprised that the check in process was very efficient, even though I was behind 5 vehicles. Employees were courteous and professional. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I received updates on recommended services, via text /email which I could approve or decline. No pressure to have any additional services done. Email/text sent when my vehicle was ready with invoice amount attached. Pickup was quick. Nice to have a relatively stress-free vehicle service for a change.
