I just traded in two of our cars for a brand new traverse. Conner was so good at communicating with us about it, he was very quick with the paper work. I want to start off by letting you all know that I’m not a “review writer”. I did want to share a pretty wild story that ended up having a positive outcome. I recently went to valley Chevy to purchase a box truck. I bought the box truck and got a good deal on the truck and a reasonable rate on the interest rate. A few days later they found out that the bank had an issue with the paperwork and the dealer called me and told me that we would have to put the truck in my companies name. After speaking with our company’s lawyer and my insurance agent, we learned that doing the deal wouldn’t be worth it because the insurance would be ridiculous for a commercial truck that’s bigger than a 3500 in size that belongs to a company. Specifically they wanted over $500 a month for the insurance. Valley city was VERY understanding and my sales person (manager) Dave continued to help me even though he knew we didn’t have a deal. Dave went out of his way to help me look at other options, and even put some calls out to try to help me find what I was in need of. Even though I didn’t end up buying a vehicle from them, I 1000% would if they had exactly what I needed. Dave, his team and the dealership Valley City Chevy have an abundance of integrity. They kept helping me and they tried to do everything they could so that I could end up being ok. They refunded me my down payment money and even tried brokering a potential deal for me from another private seller. I just wanted to say thanks to Dave and his team for operating differently than any other dealer I’ve seen. I WILL be back at some point!
