I just had one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a new vehicle while at Mountain View CDJR. I have bought many vehicle's over many years and I rate this location the best yet. I appreciate their relaxed approach, attention to the customer, not pushy at all, just normal down to earth people. Bryan and Josh was great to work with. Bryan was super cool being patient as I looked and contemplated over vehicle after vehicle. He showed me and explained features of the vehicles that I would not have known about and he never tried to guide me into anything specific. Once I made up my mind I realized that vehicle already sold literally minutes before I got there and they didn't have another like it. Josh the manager got involved and of course they asked about other vehicles they did have but without alot of pressure realized that was the vehicle I wanted so Josh went back in and found me one somewhere else, had it picked up the next morning and ready by noon. Josh got me a great deal and below where I wanted to be monthly on payments. As long as you understand dealerships operate within parameters and you dont expect anything unrealistic you will be 100% satisfied here. These guys are smart, know there business, and how to treat people. That is nice to see especially at a car dealership. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend or family member.
