Mike was my sales associate and did everything he could to make sure everything went right with my purchase. He might have not known everything about Jeeps given it wasn’t a Toyota, but he helped with all our questions and was patient. Casey Toyota fixed minor issues with the Jeep prior to final purchase, which made me feel confident moving forward with the sale. The Jeep was detailed and filled up prior to picking up. Ahmad was great to work with! We live in Alabama and were looking to purchase a used vehicle that Casey Toyota had on their lot. Ahmad did a full walk around via video chat so that I could see everything on the vehicle and answered all of my questions. He was able to get the cost to exactly where I wanted to be and did all of the things I requested be done to the vehicle prior to our arrival to Virginia.
