sales team is 10/10. i purchased one of the first EV6's in AK in 2022. my salesman, Alex, was great and made the whole purchase experience easy. he explained all the cars features and specs even though i said i wasnt ready to buy yet (at the time). went in a few weeks later and bought the car from him. leaving a review now because i've had to bring the car in for some warranty work recently and the service team is also 10/10. they got all the warranty work completed and software updated without any issues. their service availability is very reasonable too, unlike other car dealerships in town whose next available appts are months from now. thanks lithia kia of anchorage.

Very friendly, professional and helpful service team. Fast expert work! Also they have a nice comfortable waiting area with great coffee too ???? (The little stuff does count too.) A special shout out to Sam in the sales dept as he was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful showing me other super, very nice used vehicles they have for sale upon my request. He answered every question happily and offered info on newer car technology that I had no idea even existed. Give this man a raise! I'm serious ???? Overall great experience at this dealership ????????????
