I had to take our ID4 in for some warranty service and an alignment. The staff here was absolutely awesome. Took great care of our vehicle and even helped remedy a wear issue we were having on the rear tires. Chris our technician is a master, very knowledgeable with the ID4 ,spoke with me about our vehicle and answered all my questions . Giulia and Ian our service writers were very kind and easy to work with as I had to travel from wake Forest. I also met with Raphael the manager, , made me feel at ease with the work that was done and made sure I was comfortable while I waited.
