Well what can I say… I worked with Thomas Martin and the team at Roswell Nissan. They were very informative and went above and beyond with their customer service. It’s not very often you get an honest dealership… I would highly recommend this Dealership for quality cars and customer service. I was traveling through New Mexico doing some camping in the mountains and had a brake sensor go bad. I called Roswell Nissan who was able to get me the part same day at a very reasonable price. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was maybe there 15 minutes and was back on the road with 4WD again. Roswell Nissan saved my families vacation. If I lived in the area I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for service or parts.

I Purchased, a 2019 vehicle there. The sale went pretty smooth. The sales person was OK. I tried to be friendly and make him laugh a little bit. That was kinda hard. I had issues with my battery. It left me stranded 13 days later. Tried to reach out to the sales person. No response I called the dealership spoke with about three people one girl there recommended that I boost my car and drive it 500 miles round trip , just so they can CHECK my battery that was a big no for me. I finally got Jonathan Smith on the phone. He was so caring and understood. He offered to replace my battery. I paid for it and they offered to reimburse me.
