I've been taking my outback here for service for about 3 years now, and we've never had any complaints! Jarrett is awesome! They have communicated with me every step of the way for any issues found, so there's never any surprise charges. They just make it easy and they have a nice large waiting area with a mix of free water/coffee and snacks. I've never had to wait with my kids, but they do have a small kid room section of the waiting area that would be super helpful if I did AND it's in the corner, so I could keep them corralled to not bother anyone else
Brendan was great to work with. We went to other dealerships that offered better deals, but we trusted Brendan to get us into the car we wanted without a bunch of runaround. He was very knowledgeable about all of the features in our car and had us sold on getting an assent very early on. We brought young kids with us and he was extremely helpful and patient, even offering solutions for getting all 3 of our kids' car seats and stroller to fit.
