From start to finish I was completely baffled at the high level of customer service, appreciation, and information I received today when I went in to check out (and ended up taking home) my new to me 2014 Audi SQ5 Prestige. First interaction was the owners wife and she was helpful from the start and so pleasant! We were shown the vehicle and took it for a test drive with Sean. My lord he has so much positive energy and spunk and is so personable! He made the whole process a calming breeze (from someone with severe social anxiety issues, that's absolutely huge!). After the test drive the owner, Paul, came and explained what they had done to the vehicle when it came in and any details I asked about or that he was aware of. That speaks volumes to me when a dealer doesn't hide things or act shady, Paul was/is awesome and clearly cares about the customer experience and having happy customers (who will definitely be repeat customers in the future). Finalizing everything was Brandan and he was super personable and helpful as well and got us through the paperwork with ease and so quickly! All in all I am so happy with the SQ5 and the service I got at the dealership. We will definitely buy from here in the future and refer anyone looking for a good vehicle at a good deal here as well!
