2011 Buick LaCrosse CXL

My vehicle was recently totaled out, i was so stressed and i dont necessarily like to go car shopping, this was an experience i enjoyed!! My sales guy was friendly and fast! He helped me feel comfortable about my purchase! He didnt pressure me about buying anything, which to me is a big deal! Thanks Hastings Ford!

While traveling back home to Kansas City I developed a problem with my windshield wipers. I stopped into the Ford dealership and asked them to take a look and fix them if possible. Within 10 minutes they had fixed the problem and sent me on my way for no charge for the repair. That is excellent customer service! When the time comes to replace my car I will be back to give them my business. Thanks for helping me out on a rainy day!

Sonny, their service technician, is awesome... Brought in two vehicles today, one to be worked on and the other diagnosed. I wanted specifically him to "turn a wrench" on it, talked to him a month ago about bringing it in. The Jeep was scheduled for work to START being performed at 2:00pm. I got a call at 1:15pm. that it's done and to come pick it up. The other is still there for him to do the work on that as well. I've been a mechanic by trade/work for over the last decade in Southern California, I might be hard to impress... but If he's up for a company review and raise, he really deserves it. Thank you -CW
