Mr. Foster was incredibly knowledgeable about the various cars on the lot and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. What impressed me most was his transparency. He openly shared information about the car's history, any previous issues. This level of honesty was a breath of fresh air compared to the stereotypical image of pushy sales tactics.
