Luke does business right! I can’t say one bad thing about him. Not many companies are you able to reach out to the owner if you need something. Luke gets back to you almost immediately and is very honest and true to his word! I was worried that my trade in still hadn’t been paid off after a few weeks. I reached out to Luke, he immediately got back to me explaining what had happened. He himself went to the bank and it was paid off in less than a few hours of me telling him the issue. I have never dealt with any company where an owner himself would drop everything and get that done asap! It says a lot how Luke does business! Thank you Luke for taking care of me! I absolutely love my new truck!! I also want to add when I talked to Jeremy in Fort Drum over the phone he helped me with banking and assured me they would get monthly payments to what I was comfortable with and a good interest rate. Bought my first car recently and the process was great, they were very upfront with how everything would go and the timeframe of everything. Jen was genuinely such a nice person and really went above and beyond to help me better understand the process, she even helped me get in contact with a bank they do frequent business with to help me establish some credit which was much appreciated. She also helped me get the best price available so that my monthly payments were exactly where I was hoping they would be.
